i dont see an option in the menu to change player speed. i can't do any of the newer missions because the raiders seem to teleport to me and it freezes the game, and i assume the player speed would be the issue, even though i am normal speed. i also can't do any damage to them unless i use the bayonet of my ak47. any advice or obvious issues that im not seeing?
