I invaded another persons base(is it really other bases?) and they had the atv plans set up and I looked into it and it had the atv transmission on it. Unfortunately you can't take parts off.

also another question to go with the is it really other people's bases or computer generated, when you're out exploring and other survivors come and attack you, is that real player characters or also computer generated? I was attacked by one whose name was Player9756 whatever you know the starting numbers they give you as your name before you change it, and attacked by one named 50 Cent(which I enjoyed as he is one of my favorite rappers)
