I believe the answer to both your issues is to remove the hacks, go to your base and die of hunger. When you respawn you should be good to go.

I did the ATV for testing purposes on my Newly created account. But after Finalizng nothing happens. It is just showing up on floor but i can't access it or delete it. But game is working normally and No ban so far.
