I can’t sign the iap keeps losing up to 90% then it fails. 
I even tried doing it on my second phone with a second Apple account and nothing works.

Don't worry about it right now, the app doesn't even work. Needs to be fixed. But I have it signing just fine with esign on an iPhone 11 so you are probably doing something wrong.

please also provide crash logs. To obtain crash logs, head over to Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. Once  there, you need to find the crash log pertaining to the app in question which will usually go by the format AppName-Date-Time.ips. Save the file and upload it via DropBox or copy and paste its content.

Through ipa file and Sideloadly. 

You can save the crash log, I will delete it in an hour.

Installing with esign certs, the way I've done it previous to this update. It only stopped working after this update.. cert still works for other apps on the same cert so idk
