As mentioned by @Okatokat when you download the ipa using sideloadly, connect your phone via usb and install that ipa. Also to make it more easy you can go to apps.iosgods.com and choose web access and download ipa from there. drag and put it into sideloadly and install. I don't remember if you need to download itunes as well or not.

Yes there are requirements needed for sideloadly. You can check sideloadly.io for faqs.
