For now as i tested the game, the features looks like this  

 

- Unlimited Coins -> Buy something with coins that you can afford to increase them. If you have no coins, see this topic.  not working
- Anti-Cheat -> Disable Cheat detection.  Seems to work, dont know how to test it, but i assume it does, becouse the game is working
- Item Duplication -> Split an Item to get more. works
- Can Duplicate/Split Any Item -> Duplicate any item in your inventory! works
- Free Crafting -> Craft without required items. Do not craft unreleased items or your game will stop loading! See the Club to find out which ones you shouldn't craft.  works
- Free Building -> Build without required items. works
- Free Upgrading -> Upgrade without required items. works
- Building hack -> Thanks to the features above works
- Infinite Weapon/Item Durability works
- Infinite All Armor Durability  works 
- Unlimited Skill Points -> Use skill points to increase them. not working, after leveling up, skill point decrease insteed of increase
- No Level Requirement for Crafting 
- Loot Boxes Hack! -> Open 1 loot box and gain 10,000! If IAP/Free Store is patched, use this to gain a lot of loot boxes when opening one. not working - or it have to be buy for shop (if so do not test it right)
- Item Increase Hack -> When taking an item from your inbox, it will take it and still keep it in your inbox. If you have a lot of the same item, you can increase said item as much as you want!  works
- Unlock All Items -> All blueprints unlocked! not working - still have to level up to open blueprints 
- Bow One Hit Kill -> One Hit Kill enemies with your bow. WORKS on killing The Big One! -     do not have a bow yet so can not say
- Bow Instant Charge Shot -> Shoot your bow rapidly  same as above 
- Unlimited Consumables -> Unlimited Food, Water, etc. works if you mean items, hunger and thrist decrease normally 
- High Rate of Fire -> One Hit Kill. Works well on Shotguns. not working , or just not work with big zombies with lot of hp 
- Unlimited Weapon Blueprints - Using the Recycler / Weapon Specialist in Bunker Alfa and the Unlimited Consumable Items Hack, you can get every Weapon Blueprints in the game. can not say, do not have chance to test it
- Free Store / Free In-App Purchases! -> Buy in-game Loot Boxes for free! This is automatically active. This feature seems to get patched by the developer OTA most of the time. So use it to buy some crates and then use the Loot Boxes Hack below to store up on crates in the future!

EDIT according to new update it was tested on 1.16.1, will bring info is new update have bring changes to what is written  above
