I’m having problems trying to restore my game, when I load the game and get to the point to restore my old game and it give you the 4 digits my keyboard won’t pop up to let me enter the digits. Anyone come across this problem? I have deleted the app and reinstalled it  to no avail.

Click on the little red guy icon on the edge of the screen. Then close the message that pops up. You should then be able to click in the box for the keyboard to open. Enter your confirmation number and you should be good to go.

Change your in-game name? In your game screen click on the profile icon which is designated by a backpack image. On top right it should show your name. There is an edit option to change your name to whatever you want to put it as.

What you can do is delete the hacked app, download the original app and buy a loot pack using actual $$$. Then give it some time to make sure the loot pack shows up in inbox. Maybe travel to a different location so its saved on your game server. Now delete the original app and install the modded app and from your inbox you can generate 10000 packs from the pack you bought.
