just go to bunker alfa and u will find a dead soldier there.. he will have the A card...

I had this same problem.... It has to do wit you crafting something that is not in the game as yet but I got mines to load eventually on the forth try. First three times I just kept closing the game task when it stuck and open again on the forth I hold down the power then the home button to clear ram. Now it's working....ofc I deleted the stuff I crafted that mess things up. Hope that helps

Thanks man I appreciate the effort, I’ve spent the past 2 month unable to play the game due to crashing every. 30seconds with a modded app or not, I’ve tried everything until now, I get 5-10mins without a crash each time
