ok ill try that, I can remember my ID and i did but for some reason it just lost my progress and saved a new game with same email with kefir ID idk how

Do you have a pc? Download sideloadly for pc and requirements needed then install the ipa via sideloadly.

Fingers crossed on chatting the support. They can track/trace if you used mod or have modded items in your account.

That happened with me as well. When i reinstalled the game it didn't ask for restore my progress and when i contacted support they told m,e there is nothing they could do because i dont remember my user id. (That was before i started using modded app). I have 3 different progress on my single id because of device used. Apple id has my main save (which i broke somehow), using the same id on android made a different save and using the same id on kefir had a different save. Don't know how i got it so complicated lol. But anyway you can just tell them you want to have fresh start away from mods and get your purchases transfer and then use mods again.

As mentioned by @Okatokat when you download the ipa using sideloadly, connect your phone via usb and install that ipa. Also to make it more easy you can go to apps.iosgods.com and choose web access and download ipa from there. drag and put it into sideloadly and install. I don't remember if you need to download itunes as well or not.
