It can be explained to you as follows:

1/ Game center account and Kefir ID both sync the same data, but it only works on the original version of the game publisher. The game allows us to back up progress through 2 accounts, game center and Kefir. If you use the publisher's original, you'll be able to sign in with both Game Center and Kefir. Even if one of the two automatically logs out, you can still use the other account to sync data.

2/ When you use a jailbroken game, you can only back it up with Kefir. This means that the game has blocked the link to the Game Center to avoid sync problems, causing our account to be banned.

I recommend using both versions (original and hacked) on the same device to be able to sync both as you wish. But note that the hack can only use Kefir (Google) accounts.
