Most likely banned, sorry to say. The most common reason for being banned is crafting something that is unavailable to craft in the straight version (non-hacked). This includes the dragunov, m16, c4, etc.

can one erase the save file that it keeps asking to restore too? or how can one start a new game that can be backed up?

 

i screwed up by buying a gun at lvl 70, and boom too late.

I tried every way I could think of, but ended up making a new Game Center account. I've been very careful not to craft 'uncraftable' items, and have been going strong for several months now.
