You have to be patient and let it load for a min, I just kept clicking the box to type the number in and eventually ur keyboard will pop up. I just did this on my device. I got worried too but it will work.

I found the answer in LDOE club

" Click on the little red guy icon on the edge of the screen. Then close the message that pops up. You should then be able to click in the box for the keyboard to open. "
