Yikes! I'm afraid that your only choice is to delete this hacked version and install the regular game from the App Store. You have to buy more coins with real money, then delete the game and reinstall the hacked version.

Remember that you only get more coins from doing certain things, such as refilling your stamina and skipping raider quests, not speeding up production.

You shouldn't loose your save. As long as you're synced with Game Center and you didn't craft any items that you shouldn't, you should be just fine.
