You either crafted something that’s not yet available or your account was banned. I had this problem and had to restart the game because I crafted an unavailable item. I’ve also had to change Game Center accounts.

Hi, I was just wondering, my Game center account saved a player of mine who has been banned, and I created another player, but i cannot remove my previous banned player so that i could save my new player. My problem is, how can I save my new player so that I could download the update as soon as it’s done?  Thanks in advance... Or How Can remove my previous player on my Game center account?

Easy I was in your same situation. You have to sign into a new Game Center account entirely. When you do that the game starts you off fresh and synchs your new guy. I had a banned guy and every time I wanted to make a new guy and it kept restoring on my banned one so I signed out of that Game Center and signed in on a new one and it fixed everything. I had to start from scratch but it was worth it in the end
