There's 3 ways to obtain this transmission.

• Plane wreck (Chances 20/100)
• Purchasing spare parts (Chances 30/100)
• Bunker Alpha (Keep going there every 24 hours) (Chances 50/100)

I luckily finally got my chopper tank, and finally built my chopper. It reduces the time it takes the travel. Way faster than spending coins, but you will need fuel. Overall, I'm still trying to get this transmission for the ATV using unlimited weapon durability.

Hopefully, I get it. I've been playing this game for way to long. Lvl 89. Really just itching to explore more, and get into the Multiplayer aspect of the game.
