The game is bugging in the settlement.. can’t complete wall levels it’s says can’t syncronize restart game, when I restart I lose all the resources needed for the settlement. 
 

I see it’s not possible for the settlement.. so there is no possibility to finish the tasks for settlement?

Afaik duping settlement items as of now is not working or if it will ever work.
