ah darn, i think if you download the normal unhacked app and connect to gamecenter it would let you restore progress right?  try that then after its restored copy the files. Or If your iPad isn't jailbroken then try one of the computer programs that you can get for browsing and transferring files. I used to use ifunbox but I think it's pretty outdated now.

seems this ipa has some work to be done, cant connect to game center and the coin store is all messed up. hopefully a updated hack will be out soon

also this hack has unlimited durability for weapons and armour. i noticed while playing the game that my gun and gear never got worn down. so thats a plus

Thank you for giving updates version but we can't login to our gamecenter and get restore our town,level everything it never happened in all previous updates please sir fixed it soon
