When prompt to "restore" click cancel. If you're connected to GameCenter or wherever you've stored your data, it will restore your progress automatically. This works for me usually.

You only get one grenade launcher, otherwise, the best option is to loot from others! It is really rare that you will find one, but keep looting and you'll find one!
