I would try deleting this version and downloading the game from the App Store. If it lets you play, maybe you're not banned?

The only fix that worked for me, was to make a new Game Center account.

Been there...done that...I feel your pain. At least with this hack, it takes about a week or so to get to lvl 99.

It was, but it is no more. Been patched a long time now.
