Ok i tryed to reinstal. The problem is solved but not by reinstalling. The app was the good one. Why i could not find the hack in game is because something changed. Now u need at least 2x a material to be able to split it. And even after spliting it, the number is not frozen on 20. I will check the other variants of hacks in this version if they are working.

Tools bar > Xcode > revoke certificates >  install again
