no i dont delete anything. i just check it, it have disconect button thats mean i'm using game center. then i try to re-install, it give me code to restore, but it restore to lvl 1 character

Sorry have you tried using different idevice? And use your game center account from there?

 

or disconnect your game center in settings then login in it again

try also using same Apple id and game center account.
