I don’t think it’s possible to get extremely rare blue prints. I opened like 500 of them and I still didn’t get any of the purple blue print (excluding those with active mods which are not added in the game yet)

Of course it’s possible. I have accessed them all. Also make sure any extras you have to bring them to the bunker 1st floor. Near the weapon specialist and exchange them.

Help! I built a generator and now Everytime I drop it on the ground it comes back as carrying it again. How do I fix this ?

It is possible, although very rare (obv) they do appear whilst opening blueprints. i have around 6 different purple/pink blueprints. i have opened around 700 of them

either quit the game and walk to another location or kill your character
