Since doing the update I’ve lost all my progress and the restore progress won’t work. Anyone help? If I contact the developer will they know I user the hack?

I'm only guessing here, but I'm willing to bet you used this hack to craft items that aren't normally craftable in the game (i.e. dragunov, m16, tactical backpack, etc). Doing so will leave your game hanging at the 95% loading screen, forcing you to start from scratch...which you will have to do.

Yeah, I wouldn't contact the dev if you're using a hack. They'll just tell you that you were banned.
