Google ldplayer or bluestacks. Once you have one of them installed open it and drag the modded apk onto the emulator window and it will install itself. You can log into your account in game and sync ur save and stuff too

Last Days On Earth is still crashing. Even after the update . I deleted the app, reset my iPad & still the same results. It’s all good though. Nothing but luv, I’ll wait for the next update to the game itself. Much appreciation for all ya’ll do.

No you don't need a phone. The emulator is separate and on its own like a phone inside ur computer. Just google it.
