not really sure what part you don't understand. It won't allow me to actually purchase coins. The whole store says service is temporarily unavailable when I attempt to purchase coins, or even packages that just cost $ alone.

thats the part you dont understand buy something with coins not $$, which most of people here missed. not buy the coins, you need coins, so do you have coins?

I need coins to start, correct? Meaning I need to actually purchase some to dupe. I'm stuck at the starting 25 coins. It won't allow me to purchase coins to have, to dupe.

nope you need the default coins 25coins if you got 00 then you have to restart with default character that has 25coins.  now if you have this things here is my clue, why dont you go ahead and travel all around the map till your energy runs out thats where the magic happens

Well, as I mentioned, I got the 25 coins. All I know is whenever I got to purchase something it says service is temporarily unavailable. Oh well
