Go to your apple id settings

Scroll down to the Security section and click on the Edit button

Delete the existing app-specific password and create a new one

Now use the new app-specific password in Cydia Impactor

Or Turn off your two step verifications which works for me.

i've done both but still get the same result.

i wont be able to use this hack.

You still getting provision.cpp:81 error about the network extension.

Do not run Cydia Impactor as Admin. 

Step 1: open Cydia Impactor

Step 2: click Xcode

Step 3: click Revoke Certificates

Step 4: enter Apple ID, press OK

Step 5: enter password, press OK

Now you should be able to Sideload the IPA.
