You have to sync the data with gamecenter in order to not losing progress. And do not close the app I mean quit from multi-task screen otherwise you have to start over again from the sideloadly and sometimes the app will not capable to open after a few hours or maybe days so repeat it all over.

BTW in this topic saying unlimited coins but in the store page. The free coins isn't free anymore.
