The drone certificate doesn't appear on the map at all; also, I get a server error when I try to split and duplicate the antenna item. Could the problem be on my end?

what drone certificate?
Settlement items are not hackable so don’t even try it, you have to collect them legitimately for them to work.

you know what there was a tutorial here about 2 years ago I think on how to dupe settlement items which actually works, he even posted it on youtube.  Once I did that and finished everything at the settlement, i rarely go to that area anymore since there's not much to do.

About the robodog...i think i need to buy the actual recipe first and then try and enter my base.

I know about that old glitch but since than it’s been patched and server sided
