I was bout to try sideloadly but glad u posted if ur having issues on there then idk they just gotta find new way.

If you are downloading game directly then it will get revoked. Instead download ipa and use sideloadly. It works a lot better.

So far the one that i found as a workaround was using the old 1.20.10 version. Somehow mine got installed automatically because of the auto refresh/auto renew of certificate every 7 days. So I have two LDOE app on my phone one from app store one from sideloadly. I didnt know that you can still install the old version even if you dont have the app itself as long as it was signed previously on sideloadly.
