As far as I know, there is currently no solution to increase the amount of materials in the settlement. We'll have to search through the sub-maps. This is a bit difficult and time consuming, but this is the only solution.

Don't try to cheat materials outside of the hack's built-in features, it may cause your account to be permanently locked.
