That's right, if you play the game on the Bluestacks emulator, you should still install 2 parallel versions to ensure smooth data and build some special buildings, because there are some buildings that can't be built, but only the original can be used.

I'm playing on an iOS device and I have 02 installed, now it's working fine and I'm still building works normally. Apparently this only applies to the Settlement area.
