Hi mate, it turned out that changing that setting in iFile did not work after all. I ended up removing both the hack and game and reinstalling both. Now working for me, but if I turn on low/max resources, I am back in the same boat (Freezing upon game launch - Reinstalling Hack at this point does not make a difference) so make sure you do not turn those settings back on again.

@cz1993 Appreciate your hard work so far, any ideas on when we can get an stable low/max resources.
