IAP doesn't work anymore, unless you're jailbroken ( Idk maybe it does work for jailbroken users ). The hacker of the game said that they fixed the server that's why he's unable to make an IAP update on 1.5.2 and now, he can only do Unlimited Money and Skill Points. But he also added that he's working on God Mode and Unli Energy. Well, Lets hope that he or other hacker also can make IAP work again.

On free crafting, That might be actually a good idea.

To me to be honest, IAP is the most needed cheat on the game, because you can get weapons, supplies, foods. On the other hand, Unli Coins is okay but you cant spend it on weapons and other stuff but only can buy energy and exp boost. But I'm not expecting so much that IAP will be back, but lets hope so.
