Help/Support Pangu 9.3.3 Jailbreak

I'm trying to jailbreak my ipad mini 2 ios 9.3.3 but i just cant I'm using this guide http://en.pangu.io/help.html but everytime I try to copy the file to the impactor, I don't get the apple developer error it just went straight to entering my apple id. Is that the reason why I cant jailbreak? It says its jailbroken but I dont have a cydia. If you know the answer please help me. Btw I also tried the pp helper, same issue.

Try reading some tutorials on using impactor, and make sure you have most current version. Also I know some of the original PP tools aren't working anymore.

You can jailbreak for the first time Pangu 9.2-9.3.3 directly from Safari; I've used it on one of my devices and a friend's- no issues on either device.

1.)Go to this site:
http://j.25pp.com/ota_tutorial.html

2.) It'll ask to open in app store, tap "open".

3.) Tap "Install"

4.) Navigate to your settings/general/date and time and change date to some time in April or May of 2015. (Keep hitting retry if you get failed installation while in process of changing date.)

5.) Once app installs, change date back to current, and trust the installed profile (Settings/General/Profiles & Device Management).

6.) Change date back to same date you used for successful install (say May 15,2015).

7.) Open Pangu App, Hit "OK" for Notifications, then hit the big circle in middle.

8.) After a couple seconds hit sleep button and wait for respring. You should be rejailbroken. If it doesn't work on the first try, make sure all other windows/apps are closed except the Pangu App, and try again.

Also make sure find my iphone and touch id/ passcode are off.

Reboot ur device so it's not jailbroken. Then follow steps above. Make sure Cydia icon is checked before hitting circle to jailbreak.

Edited to add: After u hit sleep button, don't touch anything until after it resprings, and notification appears saying Cydia installed. Sometimes just like the original tool it doesn't jailbreak on first try so also if it doesn't work first try, try again.

When opening app, if it looks like this:

Your device is jailbroken already, so if no Cydia you have to reboot. When you open app, make sure you click "Allow Notifications", then make sure Cydia box is checked like this picture.

I used this today to rejailbreak just to make sure it still works, and it was only a month ago I jailbroke friends phone with this for the first time, and it installed Cydia no problems.

this ipad was already jailbroken before like last year, it was restored tho. is that the problem?

It should work. As long as iOS is 9.2-9.3.3 and device is 64 bit. Did you try rebooting so you lost jailbreak, then making sure the Cydia button was checked? Or did it have a PP button? If it has a PP button then that needs unchecked...

The sight works literally just fine for me.
