Is there any way to combine .deb file with cracked IPA for non-jailbreak?

I have a cracked IPA and .deb seperatly. however, my phone is non-jailbreak;

so I need some help combine those files. Thank you

You can't use a .deb file on non-jailbroken device you need ifile/filza (which requires jailbreak) to install the .deb and it shows up on cydia as well

Not all debs can work on Non-JB.

That's why I wish to use cydia impactor. 

Just combine cracked IPA with .deb file; after that can't I make new combined IPA for installing at NON-JB IPhone?

like at the forum of non-jailbreak cheat
