Well like I said before, if you have turned it off and back on and it still doesn't boot properly then you will need to restore to the latest version.

What are you talking about backups backup personal content not iOS that's a waste of space and unnecessary.

If you didn't save blobs of the version when it was being signed you have to update to the latest version.

That is the only thing you can do.
