I can't buy vip members, Allways Payment failed.

Meanwhile, my master card is still deducted, how can u do ? 

Before I bought vip is always successful then Wait for approval I always receive mail "Payment failed"

Surely the approval mode has errors And many people are like me !

please tell me why ?
