Hello, So basically my background Image isnt changing when I change it it says Settings Saved but on the forums nothing has changed the onky time it changes is when I clear it and when I try put a different picture on after the clear it goes back to this red ViP Image

It has do to with Caching. I can see your background is different on user info pane and different on profile.

 

Clear your browsers cache and try again.

if your iphone is jailbroken and you have a theam installed you should try this aswell it might help you =)
