Help/Support Can I downgrade from 10.3.1 to 10.2 now?

Hello Gods,

I searched on google some info, but i didn't found exact answer, one said about shs blobs and something but I didn't understood what they actually said  So my question is Can I downgrade from 10.3.1 to 10.2 now? That's it and I wanna know why. I guess this question will be useful to others too who is wondering

No, not if you haven't saved SHSH blobs for iOS 10.2.

What he said.... Apple stops signing firmware very shortly after releasing final version of new iOS's, and there's almost always an update after a jailbreak comes out patching the exploit used to make it. 

Even with the blobs saved I believe the only tool that lets you downgrade requires a jailbroken device to use it, but I could be wrong about that part.
