Hi, I'm try to using ibackupbot to deleted the file ( document ) and import you're safe file ( document )... when i restore back to the devices status around 60% than crahsed... i've try many times, please help

I followed the method 2 but it doesn't get my account with the save game. When I at the 3rd steps, then GC doesn't pop out and ask me to login so I tried login in the GC settings. After that there's a banner stating Welcome, (my username). The save game appears but in the game settings my account wasn't connect as the GC button appears to be connect which it should be disconnect. I didn't care and move to the next step.
