you need the Ipa for cydia impactor or you need the ipa with the crack?

I need ipa for cydia impactor to have coins free and buy dbl xp  to lvl up fast and get weapons and crafting items and reach my lvl 99 with stuff as i had before

I need any method that can give me free coins on my iphone not jailbreak
