If you are referring to offset locations, then no. There will be similarities in functions but not exactly the same. Also usually iOS is thumb, and android is ARM so it is kind of hard.

Regarding on what to search in Android, if the binary is sub_XXXXXX, then you can't really do anything in android, except give a shot in strings method.

Nowadays tho, the games are mostly unity so anyone can easily make a hack for Android.
