Help/Support Activation Lock

So i buy iPhone 7 online and when i try to activate it ask me for Activation Lock. Does anyone know how to fix it please. I'll pay if i have to as long as it work

did you buy your iPhone from a private person online or from a website where it says its new?

If it's iCloud activation, you can only try contacting the seller to remove the device from his Apple ID, and the lock will be lifted.

If you bought it from eBay or any other site that has buyer protection policy, refund policy or whatever, contact them. Of course, if no response from the seller.
