Do you have Cydia substrate installed to your device? If so, you could uninstall Cydia substrate. Run iCleaner, respring. Then reinstall the substrate. That may take care of it.

The skipping feature is only for land clearing and character action skipping. The hack is not intended for building skipping. Hope that feature gets added soon though. Would make the hack perfect then. Hope this helps clear some things up. Have fun and hack on!
