Help/Support Possible to unban yourself in game?

[Caroline_ 3k iPhone 14 Pro Max 16]

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to unban yourself in a game which bans you for a limit of 9999999 hours??I don't sense this as a permanent ban but I know all about the SQL but this game is more social interactive. Meaning that it's like an account ban, due to its being compatible and connected between PC n mobile devices

Any help please would be appreciated:)

You can probably try make a new account if it's not a device ban but apparently when I asked the question you can't get unbanned if its a device ban (at least that's what I was told).

Edit: Actually they don't ever device ban you it's always an account ban.

I mean like, is it possible to get your account back which was banned

I don't think you can get unbanned as its server-sided but someone else might know.
