Help/Support Encrypted/Locked DLL File

Sup guys

I have an issue with this DLL file.. it seems like that this DLL file is encrypted/locked.. 

 

So my questions are;

1. IF this is encrypted DLL .. how can I decrypt it ? 

2. Do I need to encrypt it after I decrypt and edit it ?

3. How many ways exist for decryption?

There's many ways. There's plenty of tutorial here.

2. No, you don't.

Try running it in reflector , this looks like dnspy , i think it should show the 'MZ' header error , there are 2-3 tutorials on decrypting these dll
