My ipad is in bootloop, how can I get rid of it without restoring?

Shows the apple logo for a while, the screen blinks, and restarts

Well too bad you can't get out of it except for restoring but if you want to restore and stay in the same version to rejailbreak you can restores with find my iPhone

Have you tried putting your device to SafeMode manually?

Yeah when you are loading into your jailbreak hold the volume up button to see if you can at least get into safe mode, maybe its a old tweak causing it.

Try volume down button (Cydia only mode)
