I think instagram bans your ip address if you make too many accounts, so that's probably why isn't working for some people.

 

if you have a dynamic IP address, you can easily change your IP address by doing this (Windows)

1. Go to "Start > Run" and type " cmd " (no quotes), then select "OK"
2. Type " ipconfig /release " (no quotes) and press "Enter"
3. Once the prompt returns, type " ipconfig /renew " (no quotes), then hit "Enter,"

this will change the ip your wifi or computer.

 

if you are connected to a data phone service, just turn on Airplane mode and then turn it off again, this will give you a new IP address.

haha yeah you can use a VPN too. That only thing i don't like about VPN, that it's too slow and most of them aren't free lol. they just give you a free trial.
