I forgot to add that You might need to hit connect a few times and sometimes you might need to make the app crash. Like hit connect, hit country, hit map, etc. It will eventually crash and it will connect. I know that is a lot but after it will always connect.

It might be that localiapstore doesn't work on iOS 10.2 the one that you have. To me it says, purchase not allowed but it still connects. I have iOS 9.0.2 cause I still have an iPhone 5. Try localiapstore on non-servers apps to see if it works.
