Help/Support I can't input these hex values into a hex editor! Help Please!

Hex editors don't seem to let me type in MOV R0, R7 BX LR into the highlighted areas which is 80 B5. I don't know what's the problem, I am very new to this D:

EDIT: Yes I've read the tutorials, but I still can't get where you put these values and how.

I'm really getting stuck on the tutorial bit, I'll try again though. I don't know what is going over my head.

It's like different languages so you just need to translate them user translator so think of it like ARM is One Language and Hex is another language so u just need to translate these using a translator

Don't touch the other numbers like @..,?? 

Those will change when's u ha he the HEX which is the numbers like 52 73 58 which u need to translate into ARM which is something like SUBS 1 this is random I don't know what they translate to or if even exist but just giving u example
